Actor and producer Seth Green (ROBOT CHICKEN, FAMILY GUY) and Hugh Sterbakov (ROBOT CHICKEN: STAR WARS) will be on hand for a surprise announcement at the TOP COW 2008 panel, to be held from 2 – 3 p.m in Room 303 at Wizard World Los Angeles, Saturday, March 15.
